Our Company History
ProMax Online President and CEO John Palmer developed the industry’s first special finance software in 1995, and within two years hundreds of dealerships were using ProMax to handle their special finance needs. As more and more dealers saw that they could increase profits using the new software, ProMax became known as one of the best technology solutions for dealerships. Today ProMax Online serves more than 700 dealerships and over 30,000 users.
In 2006, ProMax Online built a new facility and moved from Rock Island, Illinois, to Davenport, Iowa. The new facility includes a state of the art training center to provide an ideal setting for dealers and managers to learn more about ProMax Online. |
In 2008, ProMax Online launched its all-new Version 8.0, complete with a full CRM module, a Compliance Package, and enhanced management reports. The newly designed, easy-to-use system offers dealers a powerful, efficient tool for managing all aspects of their operations.
In 2009 Dealer Marketing Services, Inc. continued its leadership role in providing dealerships with solutions for today’s challenges by introducing Instant Screen, a pre-screen service specifically designed for the automotive industry. But we won’t stop there, if a solution is needed for automobile dealerships we will continue our history of being an innovative technology company working on solutions for the dealer.
